'Duet'
When I saw that this weeks word was duet I wanted to use my interest in photography and my original idea was to have three images in total positioned so that there are two pictures and one drawing in between them in a rectangle shape. However,duet is only two objects similar so that wouldn't actually work. So I just decided to create this image in photoshop and illustrator using my photographs as templates.

The way Lottie has used her own photos as a reference to her illustration Friday is a great idea as she has managed to incoroporate both of the original photos and trace the images using Illustrator. The use of Photoshop to paint colours onto the images produce an effective piece of work.
The work created fits the brief nicely.
Some improvements could be that perhaps the butterflies could be coloured in rather than left black and white and maybe some clouds could be added to add a more detailed background. Adding something underneath the right hand plant to show some depth and stance of the plant as well could make the image fuller.
