Illustration Friday- Layer

'Layer"

For this illustration the word was layer and I decided to go for the most obvious option so I created a lot of layers with different paper, I used newspaper,brown paper and old paper bags. I then made two stencils using a simple font and then stencilled on top of tissue paper as well. I then  rolled on some white acrylic to add some more texture. The dark red 'layer' was the cut out of the stencil I used.

For improvement I got told that I could show the stages of the image being made and possibly experiment with more colour.
